Recommended setup: use this page on a full-width template and avoid placing it inside nested containers such as tabs, accordions, sliders, popups, or narrow columns.

Open the official trip support page
Traveller visits the Trip Support page link shared by JainVoyagers through voucher, message, or service communication.

Enter support access details
The traveller enters the issued Trip Support ID and secure share token so the plugin can load the correct support dashboard.

View live journey support
Once validated, the traveller can review itinerary-linked information, assistance details, and support records inside the live dashboard.
